I have to say Prime Infiniti of Hanover is a professional, courteous and FIRST Class organization. Buying my JX 35 was a totally awesome experience. Can you believe I am saying that about buying a car! I bought a lot of cars and this experience was truly great and the best. David Hazlett , GM and Mike Luu, Sales Manager new my name and worked with Jimmy Nguyen our salesperson close a fair deal with NO pain and NO pressure. Jimmy is very down to earth, honest and works well with his team to close the deal at a fair price. They made the transaction easy. The handle the paperwork and delivered of my new JX 35 with no headaches. I would recommend this dealership and our salesman Jim to anyone interested in being treated very well. To be clear I did not know anyone at Prime but I was treated extremely well and as I watch what was going at dealership they treat everyone that way

The experiences we have had at Prime Infiniti (3 cars purchased) continues to set the bar for excellence in Customer Service - not just for Auto dealers, but for any form of commerce. Throughout the process of purchasing the cars and following the sale, they are helpful, and they care!. We recently had a 'red tape', time-sensitive issue with Infiniti Corporate, which seemed to drag on and on without any hope of closure. I expressed to the Prime Team my concern and a sense of urgency for resolution, and while it was not simple, the Prime Team went through the necessary channels at Infiniti Corporate to get results! I highly recommend Prime Infiniti, they truly make the car buying experience a pleasure....

Just a quick note on Prime Infiniti of HANOVER MA. In a word, amazing, stress free, fair, courteous, classy, awesome experience. The salesperson, Andrew, was outstanding. He didn't SELL me the car, instead he allowed me to pick the car I LIKED, then answered all of my questions, stayed a step ahead of me on the paperwork and delivered a spotless new G37X on time! Wish I needed another car.I would go back today. From top to bottom, CLASS organization.

Great dealership. Bought the vehicle, painless. Ask for Mark Rubin, great customer service. He helped at the registry, thank god. I had a complicated situation. No pressure kind of dealership, others could learn from them. Thank you, Mark. When we buy again, I will try there first, great staff at Prime in Hanover.

I want to say that my purchasing experience at Prime Infiniti of Hanover was the best car buying experience I have EVER had. This dealership far exceeded my expectations of what a car buying experience should be. I got my nearly new used vehicle for under what other similar vehicles were selling for in my area and I had a pleasant, stress free experience. I highly recommend Prime Infiniti of Hanover to everyone. My salesperson Andrew Graziano was excellent no pressure, friendly, interested in my needs. Nada Yousif got me my financing she was excellent again no pressure at all very pleasant and honest. Steve got the deal started and got back to me when I made an inquiry and an initial offer on a used vehicle to test the waters. Tom Hamilton who is a Sales Manager there made sure that my experience was a good one. The entire deal, minus traveling to the dealership, was a little over 2 hours and I work a lot so I really appreciated how quick and efficient it all was

I went into Prime Infiniti if Hanover to look at the JX35. I found the one I liked and said lets make a deal. I didn't know what I was in for. It just s happened I was 8.5 months pregnant was extremely tired and wanted to get in and out. Dorene stayed late to get my car registered and David was getting everything else taken care of. While waiting my water broke 4 weeks early and had to get to the hospital I asked them what should we do about signing all the papers etc they said don't worry about it we will come to you. Did they ever. Dorene came to me in the hospital so I could sign all the paper work and they even took all the stuff out of my Land Rover I was trading in and put it into my new JX and delivered the car to me at the hospital. They are even coming to me to show me all the options my car has and how to use them now that I am home. They have truly gone above and beyond the call of quality customer service. I didn't know I would love my new car as much as I do either. They have made me want to keep buying from them and buying a new JX every time. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond the call of duty!
